So that later both of you can laugh together on what you cried for today..

There's no age limit to assist. If you are capable, go for it..

Living in your present-👀
Thinking of good things you have rather than future worries will keep you strong..

Spend 30 minutes in doing what you like-✍💃
Doing what you like on a regular basis keeps you refreshing..

Scheduling your day-📝📝
It isn't about making a list of your whole day It's just setting your priorities..

So as to analyse and interpreted where you are, what have you done and where you want to be..
